The kit is used to detect the neutralizing antibody to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in human serum, plasma or whole blood sample qualitatively. It is mainly used to identify individuals with acquired immune response to the SARS-CoV-2, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the vaccine clinical trials and mass vaccination.
